Glacial Isostatic Adjustment measurements from the polar regions are sparse. These observations are a critical correction for satellite missions that are measuring the changing mass of the ice sheets.

Our work

Our workgroup deals with problems in two main domains, the cryosphere and the coasts. Our subjects are broad ranging from geophysical loading changes to natural hazards, coastal erosion to glacier dynamics, to urbanization, hydrology and ecology.

Our study of wind driven erosion in Bolivia has been accepted for publication in Geophysical Research Letters.
